Ok. I can understand that. But would you wish some kind of curse on them, one that might actually be possible? I mean the kidney failure thing is more possible for RL because of the oxycontin use, so that statement about kidney failure (which isn’t even a joke) is really malicious.
That 20th hijacker bit was over-the-top, but the kidney joke was hilarious. That was just Wanda being Wanday though, I love how the left/right wings are bickering back and forth.

I am a standup and yes they do from time to time actually HATE various audience members.
Here’s a few examples of a hated audience member: any heckler, the guy who doesn’t turn off his phone, the person who talks during your set, any person who interupts what you work so hard to perfect is up for the honors of hatred towards a random audience member.

Rush has lied plenty of times. I don’t see why we can’t ignore his one genuine human flaw which is drug addiction and go after his deliberate flaws - which is being a manipulative liar.
Going after oxycontin thing and the “I want Obama to fail” thing is cheap. That’s not going to win over his listeners or neo-cons who think they’re conservatives.
When people see they’ve been lied to, they get mad. When you get all personal, it generates sympathy for Rush. It really does.
